Dr. Bruce Bedrick

Dr. Bruce Bedrick is a native of Philadelphia. He is a graduate of Ithaca College in Upstate New York and Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. He completed his medical training in 1996 and ventured to Arizona to attend Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and open his first Chiropractic and Wellness Center.
Dr. Bruce's philosophy is centered on comprehensive, holistic, and natural healthcare, treating patients from childhood through adulthood. He has been featured on local and national television, radio, and newspapers.
Prior to Proformance Health, Dr. Bruce owned The Anti-Aging and Wellness Center in South Scottsdale. At this practice he focused on chronic and degenerative diseases, athletic performance and natural life enhancement. In 2003 Dr. Bruce relocated his practice to North Scottsdale where he developed Allergy Overload Technique (AOT®), an outstanding technique for addressing chronic health issues and allergies.
As the co-creator of AOT®, Dr. Bruce sets himself apart from other doctors due to his extensive research, training and exemplary results. He is a highly skilled practitioner who also trains other physicians in AOT®.
Dr. Bruce is also an expert in enhancing athletic performance and treating soft tissue injuries. Eighty percent of the musculoskeletal portion of Dr. Bruce's practice is dedicated to evaluating and treating soft tissue injuries, whether acute or chronic. Moreover, Dr. Bruce is one of very few doctors in the Valley who spends up to an hour with each patient.
Dr. Bruce's vision is to help people feel their best, perform their best, and improve their quality of life.
Dr. Bruce and his wife live in Scottsdale and are excited to be an active part of the community. In addition to maintaining his practice, Dr. Bruce plays softball and is an avid sports enthusiast.
