Amanda has been a therapist at Proformance Health for over 2 years specializing in Sports massage. She mainly works with individuals suffering from chronic pain, as well as those wanting their daily aches and pains rubbed away.
Eva is a nationally licensed massage therapist specializing in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Therapeutic Relaxation, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral and Neuromuscular Therapy. In addition to massage, Eva is also a certified, licensed Neuromuscular Therapist. Neuromuscular Therapy consists of soft tissue manipulation which treats acute to chronic pain including whiplash, carpel tunnel, tennis elbow, migraines, back/neck pain, sciatica, TMJ, and other pain.
Jenn C. graduated from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 1997. She has had the privilege of working with numerous clients over the years at Proformance Health and in her own practice, Green Therapy. Jenn is a Reiki Master, and her other specialties include Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myo Therapy, Electronically Assisted Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Refloxology, Pregnancy, and Sports massage. Jenn also has a medical background with 6 years of hospital experience. She considers herself an intuitive massage therapist.
Koco graduated from Arizona School of Massage Therapy and has been a therapist at Proformance Health for since 2004. She also completed the Master Body Worker Program at Utah School of Masssage Therapy. Koco specializes in Sports Injury and Deep Tissue massage.
Richie has been a practitioner for over 20 years. He has extensive hands-on experience in the most advanced massage and physical therapy modalities and technologies. He is a certified personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and has worked with athletes at the high school, college and professional level for many years as a massage therapist and physical therapist. Richie also gained experience in rehab centers, hospitals and medical clinics. Currently his focus is mainly on pain management, sports injuries and rehabilitation of soft tissue.
Whitney, a licensed LMT, graduated from the New York Institute of Massage in 1997; since then, she has had over ten years hands-on experience working side by side with chiropractors and in spas. Whitney’s experience in the spa industry expanded her skills in hot stone, aromatherapy, and pregnancy massage. The spa industry allowed narrow down her focus on the over-all relaxation of the mind and body. With a passion for health prevention and rehabilitation, she began working with athletes, specifically skiers and tri-athletes. Here, she refined her skills by focusing on the many systems of the body and especially the muscular system to maintain and restore health to the body. Whitney also specializes in cranial sacral, myofascial therapy, nueromuscular techniques, trigger point therapy, as well as deep tissue massage.
Maria has the strongest hands among our female therapists. She has been practicing Massage Therapy over a period of 3 years, she started in Germany and finished in Arizona at th Arizona School of Massage Therapy. Maria specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports &Injury Massage and Trigger Points therapy. Maria says "I get to do what I love and I get to see the same people every week and make a difference in their lives"
