Massage Menu
Swedish Massage -
A smooth, flowing styles that promotes general relaxation and improves circulation. Relieves muscle tension.
Deep Tissue Massage -
Designed for more focus in a specific area, not a full body treatment. Working a specific area allows the therapist to access deeper layers of the soft tissue. Not recommended for first time massage.
Hot Stone Massage -
Hot stones are used to massage the entire body. Often stones are placed on key energy points in order to improve energy flow and healing.
Sports -
Used primarily for the serious athlete who trains continuously. It can include pre-event, post-event, and maintenance techniques that promote greater athletic endurance and performance, lessens chances of injury and reduces recovery time.
Neuromuscular Therapy -
Concentrates on pain relief, specific problems and breaking the stress-tension-pain cycle using advanced concepts in pressure therapy.
Trigger Point Therapy -
Uses pain relief techniques to alleviate muscle spasms and cramping. The therapist locates and deactivates trigger points, tender areas where muscles have been damaged.
Cranial Sacral -
A gentle noninvasive technique that manipulates your head and body to relieve tension and dissipate the negative effects of stress.
Reflexology (more info) -
Uses thumb and finger pressure on reflex points on feet to assist in achieving balance within the body.
Lymphatic -
Light, rhythmic strokes are used to improve flow of lymph though body. Most popular form is Lymphatic Drainage which focuses on draining excess lymph and is commonly used after surgery to reduce swelling.
Injury -
Combines different massage techniques to help with healing and prevention of injuries.

Smooth, relaxing massage. Offered all stages of pregnancy. Please inform us of pregnancy when scheduling massage.
Active Release Technique -
Half examination and treatment we will evaluate the movement of muscles and tissue and then depending on the movement we will relieve the tension with precise movements that are unique to the Active Release Technique.
Graston Technique -
Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization that helps detect and treat scar tissue and restrictions.
Myofascial Release -
Technique that provides sustained pressure into myofascial restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
